Shoeb Kagda has over 25 years of experience working in the media. He has worked in Singapore, Malaysia and for the past 15 years in Indonesia. His deep knowledge of Indonesia's business and political landscape as well as vast network of top government and business leaders has enabled him to speak and moderate at international forums such as the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit recently held in Bali. For the past eight years he has been the Editor in chief of Globe Asia, Indonesia's premier English Language business magazine and the Jakarta Globe, the country's leading English language morning daily newspaper. Shoeb is a co-founder of Synthesis Communications and heads up its strategic consulting and advocacy business.

He specializes in government issues and public diplomacy, crisis management and is currently expanding his skill set for the past 3 years in the developing field of Digital Public Relations. His experience and diverse client base, as well as his personal interest in politics and sociology, provide insights that he employs for the benefit of his clients and employers.
Eric CH Lee is a senior strategic, communications professional with 25 years of global business and operational experience in Asia Pacific, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. Eric’s method is action oriented and result-driven, proven through extensive experience across diverse sectors. These include industrial commodities, fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, hospitality and finance. Eric’s background is in consulting and the public sector. Most recently, Eric held position as the Regional Communications and Public Affairs Director for GE Capital. Prior to that, he was the Asia-Pacific Vice President for Corporate Communications at Intercontinental Hotels Group, where he initiated and managed a range of high profile brand building campaigns for the group. Eric has also held Senior Regional Ccommunications positions at Unilever, RGM International and Burson-Marsteller, a leading international public relations firm. A lawyer by training, Eric is a regular speaker at the Professional Development Institute, the Institute of Public Affairs Australia and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
